Wally's Sweet Spot - Chester

The desserts at this restaurant were fantastic, and the employees were excellent. The service was prompt and the presentation was impressive. The staff were friendly and incredibly courteous.

Cute little shop with several options for flavors. Sugar cones,waffle cones,floats,shakes, sundaes and something else called wally 's nachos that i HAVE to try. It 's waffle wafers with two flavor of ice cream and a number of toppings. Prices are good.
