Pizza Hut - Chester

Ordered thin crust with beef, jalapeños, pineapples, and extra sauce; and boneless mild wings...me, and my friend had to remove the gross amount of jalapeños! Could not even finish due to our mouths burning! Where are the pineapples??The peppers removed are from just 4 slices.. I couldn't finish my second slice!

I ordered a New Yorker last night. It cost $32 but the way it was prepared was worth $10 hardly any toppings looked like it was sprayed on the beef was so small I didn’t know it was beef. My favorite toppings was black olives there might have been 15 on there which was an extra large. Wish I took a pic! It made me sick on the stomach last Time I’m ordering from there. Pizza Hut has gone down hill.

I had to call 3 times just to place a delivery order. The customer service when I called the first 2 times were outrageous. They hanged up the first 2 times until I had to make a call the 3rd time just to complete my order. We've waited about 1hour until I received a text for our food that will be delivered at 8:26pm. I didn't get a chance to eat anything because I had to leave for work because they took their slow time to make it and didn't get our food after I was told that it would be done within a 30 minute window. It will be a while before I ever order from here again if not ever.Update: we get the food at 8:06pm when I called close to 7pm and the pizza crust was dry, the pepperoni was a bit burnt tasting. I don't think I'll order from here anymore.

The lady that answered the phone was SUCH a ppl person that I actually asked for the manager to give some positive feedback... They were both a pleasure to speak to and the food was great!!!!

Love this place as always, just seen where they had Cheese Sticks and Garlic Bread, and French Fries there all on my list here is the NEW Cheese
