Bears Paw - Cheshire West and Chester

I visited this restaurant for a quick snack at lunchtime. The interior was clean and tidy, although some tables needed to be cleaned. I had to clean my own table as there were food leftovers on it, but it was the cleanest out of the chicken slaughter I ordered. The food was served promptly and I enjoyed it. The staff made me laugh and my order was perfect. I also ordered a mini-choco brownie which was delicious, although it would have been even better with a dollop of whipped cream as it was quite rich. I also had another delicious coffee. Overall, I was satisfied with the service - the employees had good customer service and seemed pleasant. I would give it 4 stars, as the tables were not properly cleaned.

I hired The Barn for my daughters 21st Birthday, from the booking right up to the night the staff management were amazing, couldn’t do enough to help, my DJ didn’t turn up (hired separately) but the staff helped by using their music system which was great and a life saver, the food was amazing hot cold, nothing was too much trouble, The Barn is a great place to hold an event, even sectioned of a space outside with seating and heaters, I arrived the next morning to remove my own decorations but the management had a got them down for me. Would not hesitate to hire this venue again. Thank you to the staff management for a lovely night.

Recently booked the barn for birthday celebrations for my daughter. Fantastic venue, beautifully decorated . Sound system all set up for us no need to meddle with it , provided us with great entertainment all evening. The staff and management were most welcoming and accommodating. Would whole hearted recommend the Bears paw barn to anyone looking for a function space . I am saddened by some of the reviews I’m seeing .. seems common practice is to complain at the end of an evening after a meal when a service has been used seems like we live in a society of over entitlement.

This is a fantastic pub with excellent service. All of the staff are incredibly friendly. The food is standard, but very tasty. I highly recommend trying the fish tacos.
