Horizont Bistro - Chernomorets

Бях и на двете заведения като клиент. Гледката на Ресторант кораб есмералда нама аналог в цяла България. А гледката на бистро хоризонт гледах само бетон, бетон и бетонно пристанище.На кораб Есмералда за 10 минути бяхме обслужени с вкусни храни. А в хоризонт салатата беше с косми апък сафрида беше исушен!

I can't comment on the actual eating, because we haven't served and are not visited again. a star is based only on a terrible customer experience. we had a walk through the marina with my 2 and 7 yo, as they wanted to go to the square and eat there. we were with a really light buggy so we can carry the ding on the stairs. waited when the personal passed and ignored us a because. there were many empty tables so decided to sit on themselves as it seemed that this was the use of the place. After we waited for us to get closer to the employees, we were finally handed over the menu. I asked for a high chair and was told that there is no one. only about ordering and only then was informed that the table that had absolutely no sign was reserved. After I had asked to sit on another table, I was told that the whole place was reserved and we had to go. they try to explain the situation two hungry little children who had already made their sense to dinner. yes, thanks horizont bistro .. not. beautiful view for those with reservation and no children or wheelchair.

Utterly dissapointed. Called 3 days in advance to make a reservation and when I came to the restaurant it turned out we had no reservation at all. They dis nothing about the matter and let us go without a word.
