Kfc - Chattanooga

First of all I've always ate KFC, since my childhood I remember my parents getting it. This visit there was very disappointing. I had to wait approximately 25 minutes, but when I got home I realized side choices were missing, my cookies weren't in the bag and due to taking the chicken right out cooker and putting in box the skin had just slid off the chicken. It was a mess! My husband tells me I should take time to check order, but I shouldn't have to because it's there job to insure my order is right. Customer service has changed significantly and I mean in the worst way.

I'm a Dasher went to pick up 2 orders. The lobby was closed so I went through the drive thru. I told them I had two orders they gave me one and told me the other one was already gone( meaning someone else has picked it up). I noticed that the order was still on my phone so I messaged the customer she told me no one else has delivered her order. So from what I gather is that it was close to closing time they didn't want to fill the order so they lied to me. Come on ladies I get it, but don't make me look like the bad guy I'm out here trying to make a living too. This customer thought I ditched her because you were to lazy to fill an order

Excellent service. Chicken was hot and fresh. Some of the best we've ever eaten. Sides were delicious. Highly recommend this location. The Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful.Food: 5/5

I 'm doing delivery, and I come up to the mic, KFC! I 'm sorry, KFC Try better customer service, your not on the phone and you have more than 3 people in the store. Lmao Calm down.

Food was good, but they ran out of wings, I guess the extra crispy wings, but it was going to be 25 minutes for 3 wings!
