Contribuiți la feedbackI'm glad they finally opened here! I’m from Colorado and have always loved dining there. The food is excellent and, if I recall correctly, organic. The service is quick and friendly, and on top of that, it's very affordable. I will definitely be coming here often!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager in charge of catering was quite rude, which set a negative tone for my visit. The noise level from the other employees was so high that I struggled to hear the person making my food. As for the steak, it was tough and chewy, leaving a lot to be desired. On a positive note, the person who prepared my burrito was friendly and helpful. However, the manager spoke about the food in a way that was unappealing and even refused to serve an off-duty employee who offered to pay for a meal. The restaurant was not busy at all—only two tables had diners finishing up. I spent just four minutes there and left feeling dissatisfied. I paid $14 for a burrito that was filled with unappetizing pieces of steak that should have been trimmed away. I won’t be returning.
I asked Lindsey for help, and she responded, "Sorry, I don’t order on the app; I can't help you." I had to figure everything out by myself. While she took my order with the sides I wanted, I was still left to navigate the app on my own when it wouldn’t accept my usual options. In my frustration, Stephanie chimed in rudely, saying it wasn't their fault and offered no assistance, just more insults. These two should be fired—not just for their awful customer service, but also for being completely untrained on how to help customers using the app that they require us to use. I ended up leaving without any food. Why have food that can’t be ordered in person? It seems discriminatory against those who can’t order online. I should mention that I work just down the street and used to eat here almost daily, but after this experience, that won’t be happening anymore.
I do DoorDash and I have delivered 2 orders that have leaked all over my car, clothes, and customers! First one was to a young boy at McCallie school. I handed him his bag and let him know it had been leaking and to be careful, as soon as I was done talking his burrito, chips, and opened salsa container fell threw the bag and on the sidewalk. I have complained and it happened again. Start wrapping your salsa, sauces, etc. in plastic wrap! We are not allowed to open the bags!
The food was just okay; I'd prefer Taco Bell instead, if that gives you an idea. The service was good, but it felt like we were bothering the staff. Overall, the atmosphere was strange.
