I absolutely loved that chocolate shake for 50 miles! It was incredibly delicious! Unlike other places where the machine was broken, Krystal on 23rd in Chattanooga has it going strong. Speaking of quality, the chicken sandwich was amazing! The food really made my trip back from Murfreesboro so much more enjoyable. Plus, the customer service was excellent! Food: 5/5

I simply drove by the restaurant; that's all. I'm not sure how I ended up on their list, but I never actually visited or used their drive-thru. I was just passing by on the street.

The food here is fantastic, and the service is excellent! I've never had a bad experience with either the meals or the staff. I'm definitely a lifelong customer!
