Cashew - Chattanooga

I love Cashew! Always over when I'm in Chattanooga. I love the cozy Café Vibes. Dessert decisions are great! Loved the key lime cake! The bbq nachos are excellent and I really like the sociness of the chick salad package

We had such a great meal today! And the place is enchanting! We had the nachos, a Crunchwrap premium, the Thai sweet potato, Chili Mac, the Caesar salad and regular Mac n cheese (which was some of the best Mac n cheese I had in awhile). We also loved desserts. We had the blondie, the Oreo cookie, the Biscoff cupcake and the Keksteig cupcake. If you are in Chattanooga and you are vegan, you need to go and let your friends go, every other I was with wasn't vegan and there was no crumb left!

This place is fantastic! You have a lot of options and delicious food. Your daily special menu is always really good, and their soups are delicious! Service is absolutely great!

We have two Entrees, both of whom were disappointed. The buffalo shell and the special of the day, that was a pesto sandwich that was only sad. The deserts were 10/10. Shame on food.

I hate to leave a bad review for a fully vegan restaurant, so here are 3 pity stars for a fully vegan menu and nice atmosphere! Also, the prices are really good! Pretty good location in proximity to downtown. Although Unfortunately, what I ordered was just horrible. I got the Philly and Mac, and both were nearly inedible. The seitan was so overwhelmingly flavored with liquid smoke that it was unbearable. Almost reminiscent of cheap jerky. In addition- it was soggy as heck- and I even ate there.. I’m sure other items on the menu are good, as most of the reviews are positive! I guess I just ordered the wrong thing! Also, don’t come here and be in a rush, I had to wait nearly an hour for just one Philly and a side of Mac and Cheeze! Updated from previous review on 2023-02-04
