I had lunch at Emulsion. The frame is very simple and quiet. The kitchen is very good, the dishes nicely presented. Little attention to aeros and coffee. It's good when, in some restaurants, there's no olive.
The kitchen is both neat and accessible, with a beautiful wine map to accompany. The team is very nice. The leader is in exchange. We had a good night!
