Excellent address to attend without moderation and even deserves a detour. Regional and sought after cuisine, I would say almost gastro. Noble, fresh and quality products. I took: perfect egg espuma st jacques, really tasty; tender beef fillet, foie gras and aligot sauce. And a dessert trumps the lime eye, as in the best patissier. Map menu at 29 euros, cheap wines. Great reception, efficient and friendly. Room rather ordinary but with a beautiful current decor. There was little world on Saturday to breakfast, it is a pity because this restaurant really deserves to be encouraged. Address to discover and keep!
