Clairement un bar qui veut faire restaurant mais n'en a pas les moyens. Tout est désorganisé : le service, la cuisine, ... Beaucoup d'attente et l'on voit les assiettes et les verres qui s'amoncellent !Nourriture plutôt bonne quand on a la chance de l'avoir.
