Poke Tea House - Charleston

I placed an order online, I had a couple of substitutions, and my order was perfect. I got the poke burrito with tuna and a milk tea with Boba. A little pricey for an every day lunch but definitely worth a shot.

Place sucks. The foods good but the staff ruins it. i asked for a normal bowl with extra meat and they didn’t give me extra meat. they charged me an extra 6 dollars for the same amount of food as it would have been and then began arguing with me on the phone when I said i did not receive extra meat. She then proceeded to interrupt me every time i spoke and when i told her to let me finish telling her what the issue is she told me to “calm down cause she put more meat in” i told her she charged me 6 dollars extra for the normal portion and then she went on to tell me that i don’t know what the market is for fish even though i’ve been working in seafood industry for 3 years straight now. Extremely disrespectful and rude people who will fight with their customers and not give your money back. Never ordering from this place ever again.

Simple and best poke in town, great bubble tea as well, friendly staff and quick service, highly recommended.

Really nice poke and bubble tea spot right off of King St. Delicious food and drinks, reasonable prices and nice staff. We've tried a few poke places in the city during our visit and this is our favorite one so far.

I absolutely loved the bowl I ordered, but I'm still craving the peach tea with candied ginger—it was amazing! The staff was satisfactory, and the seating arrangements were comfortable. Overall, I’d give the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
