Little Jack's Tavern - Charleston

There was nothing to dislike about this place. We began with Little Jack's take on fish and chips, which features a cone of excellent potato fries served with a tangy cream and salmon roe. It was absolutely delicious. The burger truly deserves its accolades; it's simply perfect. If you have a normal appetite, I recommend ordering from the appetizer section. Our server was a lovely young woman who seemed to have a sixth sense—she appeared just when we needed her. My only regret is that I couldn't try more dishes from the menu. It's a bit of a trek from the city center, but definitely worth the journey. We will certainly return on our next trip to Charleston. Go for it!

On our last day in Charleston, we decided to stop for lunch at this wonderful restaurant, and I'm so glad we did! The decor and ambiance were fantastic. I ordered the bar steak with a side of asparagus, and both were absolutely delicious. My husband got the burger, and we also shared the Parmesan fries. All I can say is WOW! The fries were incredible, and I only managed to snag a bite of the burger, but it was one of the most beautiful burgers I've ever seen! I really wish I had another day to order it for myself. Don’t stray from the main path—it's a little north of the busiest part of King Street. If you love a great burger, make sure to check this place out!

Little Jack's was recommended to us by a local, and it did not disappoint! It's a cozy little pub with a great atmosphere and a diverse crowd. The food was excellent, the drinks were spot on, and our server was very attentive. We will definitely make a point to visit again the next time we're in Charleston!

It was great. Appetizer of baked egg is a must. We had the Burger and Pastrami sandwich. Best burgers and small so perfect size for dinner with an app. Pastrami was stacked high and tasty.

The food was absolutely excellent and freshly prepared we chose to sit at the bar and were treated very well with exceptional crafted cocktails by Ethan Bronstein. We will certainly be back in often! we started with a delightful baked egg dish which I believe also had fontina cheese as an appetizer served with some of the best typist I've ever eaten followed by a king crab Louis salad and my Dining partner had a steak salad both of which were just as fresh as Fresh can be and delicious!
