Jimmy Johns is legendary. Always the best. You are really fast to make your order. We usually do an online order and pick it up and it is often ready in ten minutes or less ready for us to get it off and go!

A few employees and I order from this place quite often. Usually for delivery. It was always fast with a friendly staff. Everyone suffers from a shortage of staff, so it is completely in vain and understandable when things go behind. The manager, Roberta was always very friendly and apologetic when an order was even 10 minutes behind. It offers phone calls and updates that are WONDERFUL customer service. The 5 star review is for Roberta. Thanks for being a great manager, I'm sure your employees are happy to have you. I will continue to order from this site for remarkable customer service.

Jimmy John's on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a really good source for high-quality sandwiches that are quickly made and delivered. I am impressed by all the orders I made here, as the food is well made and fresh. You work well for larger orders if you need to feed a larger group. The staff here makes everything very easy and works hard to make it quick.

This is my favorite place to eat in West Ashley. The service is always fast, my sandwich is fresh and the restaurant is immaculate.

Ok, so that I was her with my spouse this Sunday and we were thrown halfway our sandwiches and the girl took the bread shelf with bread on it and used the top to keep the cleaning dust and dusted the top of the counter and the bread was not covered so that everything I thought was the dust that she flies over and around under all bread and food. Never again. Besides, it was not all that good very simple sandwiches and no taste get You your deli meat from publix and make your own it will taste much better I promise. Negative 5 stars
