Harken Cafe Bakery - Charleston

Harken is my favorite spot to visit every time I’m in Charleston. The coffee is great but the pastries are unbelievable it’s all very reasonably priced compared to most coffee shops!Bonus points for the east fork pottery plates and mugs ;

Was just walking through the neighborhood and found this gem. Food and place fantastic...a must if you go to Charleston.

This place is such a unique vibe. They lean into their atmosphere and it is carried throughout the coffee shop. It is definitely on the busy side so plan to wait accordingly during the busy hours. But the coffee, pastries and food are worth it.They’ll let you know if food is going to be awhile so your prepared as you order. This really helpful.High quality espresso drinks.

Super cute spot with great coffee and delicious range of baked goods. They have a small breakfast menu and lunch menu with lots of delicious options! The building is rustic and authentic and the atmosphere is very cozy. Highly recommend the chocolate chip cookie!
