Circa 1886 - Charleston

Food was fantastic. Service also fantastic. One of best restaurants I have eaten at. Cream of mushroom soup was spectacular and sea bass wonderful!

Ate here about 2 weeks ago, didn't think I'd find a better dining experience in Charleston than High Cotton but Circa absolutely nailed it. I had the Ashley tasting menu — the star for me was the bass. The broth and the bass were so good individually I almost wish they'd split this dish into two separate ones. We had an excellent experience at circa. Creative and delicious tasting menus coupled with attentive service and great wine options. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a special night out in Charleston.

I have dined in many restaurants in Charleston over the last 8 years. This restaurant is the perfect example of fine dining! The chef is fantastic, the service is great and the atmosphere is very calming!

Outstanding!!! No need to dine anywhere else. We did 2 nights in a row. I'm sure there are other great restaurants in Charleston but not better, I promise that!
