Ruby Tuesday - Charles Town

I just wanted to share my experience at the Ruby Tuesday in Charleston, which was my first visit. It was truly a delightful experience. My entire family had wonderful interactions with our waitress, Rachelle. Whenever we needed anything, she was right there with a warm smile and a great attitude. When my family returns, I will definitely request to sit in her section. Rachelle is friendly, down-to-earth, and really knows how to treat her customers well.

I dine here a few times a week, and I have never had any issues with the service. The restaurant remains impeccably clean, even during busy times. The food is consistently excellent, and whenever I encounter any problems, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Rachelle has always been one of my favorite waitresses; she is incredibly friendly and provides the best service.

I have family who lives in Charles Town and I visit there quite often! I just wanted to say how great the bartender Rachelle is, she always greets me with a smile and makes sure I take care of me! She knows I'm just coming to my coupon days and she's still making sure I'm going to be happy. The restaurant is always clean, the staff are all so friendly, makes me welcome every time I come in!! Keep the big work all!

This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and reasonable lunch prices! Alyssa is one of the best bartenders I've ever encountered—she's incredibly attentive, and her vibrant personality is truly exceptional. Andrea is also lovely; she always makes an effort to come by and say hello!

We had a great experience tonight! Our waitress Rachelle was phenomenal. The moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. Not to mention the food was amazing! The cook manager also offer wonderful service. Would definitely recommend will be coming back
