Tsunami - Charenton

Nice place, the service was good, but the sushi I had was off. I've been to the Tsunami in Lafayette many times and love this one particular roll called a cupcake. It's a baked roll and they are turned on their sides piled high with Salmon, white tail, and yellow fin with fish eggs on top that looks like a sprinkle and is Baked!! The one I received was FRIED, was not piled high and had no fish eggs. It looked nothing like a cupcake at all and wasn't nearly as good. I also had a Dynamite, it was served as it always is and was tasty. But I really had my heart set on those cupcakes. No I didn't send it back or complain, we were the last table of the night before closing and I never send food back to be remade, especially to an unhappy kitchen. Like I said the staff worked hard and I tipped normally. I enjoyed the time spent with the people I was having diner with and none of them had complaints.
