Mellow Mushroom - Chapel Hill

Hadn't been here in a good while, but I finally went back to meet up with a friend the other day. Service was great, our waitress was super friendly. Pizza was made quickly and was delicious. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this experience and will definitely return.

The food was great and the staff went out of their way with helping my handicapped father. Also, my dad says the pizza slices are huge. The picture does not show how surprised he got his three slices. The other is my avocado hoagie. THAT THING WAS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I HAVE PUT IN MY MOUTH!

The atmosphere is perfect for those graduating in the 70s, filled with nostalgic vibes! The magical mystery tour truly delivered an enchanting experience. The wait staff was professional, friendly, and cheerful. I enjoyed the Italian cuisine, specifically the calzone, which was fantastic and substantial—enough for two meals, so I had to take half of it home!

Excellent service and tasty pizza! When I was unsure about what to order, my server suggested I try half of each option. I ended up getting the Veg Out and Kosmic Karma pizzas split in half. Both were fantastic! They used fresh ingredients, and the place had a wonderful laid-back vibe.

The restaurant features a lively and quirky interior that creates a fun atmosphere. Its diverse menu includes a variety of offerings, such as pizzas, pies, calzones, and hoagies, with plenty of vegetarian options available. The breads are exceptionally fresh and wonderfully light!
