Contribuiți la feedbackI and my family had yesterday a terrible experience 21/07/21) in the kanthari restaurant, thiruvalla. we have order for food package and paid rs 960. after the payment of the quantity we have noticed that this restaurant does not comply with COVID protocol. most of their employees in the kitchen were without masks and did not maintain the social distance. we asked the same and demanded our money back because we were not comfortable with the unhygienic nature of the employees. I visited this restaurant today and decided to try one of their vegetable salads. I was in a rush and requested a smaller portion size. The salad I received seemed to be mostly cucumber, with some tomatoes, onions, and carrots. I questioned the effort put into preparing this dish, as it appeared to be simply chopping and placing vegetables on a plate. The quality of the dishes on the menu should be consistent and maintained.
The food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. However, the loud music was a bit disruptive. If the volume was lowered slightly, it would greatly improve the dining experience. Another suggestion for improving the environment would be to ensure that there are no flies in the restaurant. I noticed several flies on the table during my meal. If this issue can be addressed, then the restaurant would be fantastic.
Yesterday, we had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff members were extremely arrogant and rude, especially one of the waiters and the security guard. They lacked appreciation for the customers and showed no manners. It seemed like they thought they were doing us a favor by offering free meals. We had to wait a long time to be seated and served, and to make matters worse, they turned off the air conditioning before we even had a chance to eat. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
