Ordered dinner at 7pm through Swiggy for our family and friends. After an hour the Delivery Rep called us and told that the restaurant was unable to prepare the order and that their oven was bust. Called the owner and she said the same thing that the oven was bust. My enquiry as to why they hadnt informed us earlier came with no answer. And they were willing to serve the order through another branch if we wait for an hour again. Swiggy personnel cancelled the order and said the amount will be refunded. Now the reason why I've given 1 star is when I passed in front of this outlet around 30 minutes later to buy dinner they were serving customers and delivery reps! I've ordered from this outlet and even though they used to take 1 hour to cook for take away, i never used to complain, since the pizzas were fine. But, i don't think I'll trust this brand anymore that works with 1 oven to cater to everyone's order. Please remove your outlet from the online delivery apps! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
