I was very disappointed with the management when they called to address the hair I found in my Ice Cap. The manager was confrontational and repeatedly insisted that neither she nor her employees were at fault. I recorded the conversation, and she later informed head office that she had called back, attempting to shift the blame once more. I definitely won't be returning to this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was extremely slow, and they frequently got my orders wrong. It was particularly frustrating when they closed off the front and only allowed drive-thru service. I would recommend going to a different location.

The staff is always friendly, but it takes a long time to receive your order. I think management is to blame for frequently keeping this location understaffed.

When I went to have my order corrected, they still got it wrong and also forgot the hash browns. This location is really not up to par.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited half an hour in the Drive-Thru line without it moving, so I decided to back out and go inside. However, when I arrived, I discovered a sign stating that the store was Drive-Thru only. I attempted to use the kiosk, but I ended up getting kicked out.
