Contribuiți la feedbackTasty, inexpensive, and authentic pho! Would recommend the Pho Do Bien if you like seafood and you can never go wrong with fresh spring rolls.
Very tasty Vietnamese comfort food, aromatic and light pho broth, fresh and tasty banh mi, nice variety of other rice and noodle dishes beside pho which are all tasty, consistent quality time and time again, though not as cheap as it used to be, still very reasonable and great value.
I visited on a Saturday evening and the place was not very crowded. I ordered the original shrimp and pork spring roll as an appetizer. For dinner, I ordered the pho with rare steak, flank, tendon, and brisket. All the food came out very quickly (within 5 minutes) and at the same time. The broth wasn’t as hot as I would have preferred, and it wasn’t spicy at all. I requested chili oil and added it to my broth for some extra heat. The spring roll and accompanying peanut sauce were largely unremarkable, except that the peanut sauce seemed both thicker and less flavorful than expected. The atmosphere is that of a simple, family restaurant. No frills. Servers seem to all pitch in according to availability, rather than section assignments, and I wasn’t checked on beyond the delivery of the food. I probably won’t visit again, but only because this didn’t wow me and there are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants to try. Wheelchair accessibility: The dining room is wheelchair accessible.
First time for my adult son and I to visit Pho Bac. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yummy food choices were delivered quickly. Menu selection for Pho #1 was a mixture of various meats … excellent flavors… quite delicious ? !! I recommend this place for an authentic taste of the old country… spices were unique to southern Việtnam.
I just moved here and the pho is just like in Seattle. ? I got the pho, a sandwich, and a ?.
