I wanted to eat all day for this place and ended up going somewhere else after! The food was cold and had lacked flavor. The chips and salsa was the worst I've ever had. Beans horrible, I left my food there didn't even eat it plus if you asked for anything you weren't going to get it for another 30 minutes. The service was beyond slow. However, they were super friendly but just all over the place. We never received our drinks after waiting 3 hours. However, everyone that came after us got there's I watched for almost 2 hours others being served efficiently. This was the worst experience for Mexican I've ever had. I definitely have had better tasting food. This did not satisfy my Mexico craving at all. Now the tacos are decent, but lots of cilantro and onions make anything better.Parking limited. One person making drinks. Was here 3 hours never received drinks!I had high hopes for this place that is definitely overrated on social media and here. I never give to many bad reviews but when I do it's the truth. Also, watch your check and debit for days after. Will NOT return capital WILL NOT.
Good food. Service was good. I prefer all my good coke out at the same time that was my only issue. It was very impressive. Mediocre place for all the hype they chatter up.
I popped up around 12:45/1 on a Saturday; parking was easy (they have a lot) and they weren't busy at all so we were immediately seated. I'd venture to say that the decor is definitely reminiscent of a traditional Mexican spot. They do have a neon sign which is very ATL. The waitress quickly came with menus and let us look over for a few minutes before taking our drink orders. She was super patient and kind answering all of our questions. We ordered the combination nachos (chicken and shrimp) and the chicken chimichanga. To drink, I had the La Catrina. The chicken chimi was amazing! The chicken was juicy and seasoned to perfection. It didn't take too long to come out, but I could tell it was freshly made. My husband also really enjoyed his generous serving of nachos. The La Catrina (similar to a rum punch) was sooo tasty! It wasn't really strong, but I def had rum in it. All in all, I'd go back for a cheat day!!
My friend and I saw this place on Instagram reels and decided to check. It gives us good vibes on the way they represent the drinks and the large size is good enough for 2 people to shareThe food though, we only ordered Alambre and nachos which are decent, next time though we will try their seafood because it looks good and most of the other customers have it on their table that night.
I asked for a Molcajete and Menudo and honestly I kind of regret eating the Molcajete because the meat was it seasoned enough the beans that they served with my Molcajete tasted old and the rice was very dry.The Menudo was good and spicy. The Michelada was alright.Food: 2/5
