Mel's Place - Chaffee

I visited this restaurant for their baked goods and they were so delicious! I always make a point to stop by when I am in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly too.

I absolutely adore the apple pies at this restaurant! The strawberry rhubarb and lemon pies are also delicious!

Can't say enough good about this place. Wish they were open 24/7. Great food. Good people.

The soups at this restaurant are the best I have ever had. I have enjoyed all of the food they offer. I have even stopped by for just a coffee and muffin - the baked goods are delicious and you can buy extras to take home.

We drove 30 miles to eat breakfast at this restaurant?! My mom and sister went there for breakfast and told me I would not be disappointed. So, off we went?. Let me tell ya'll it was worth the drive! The atmosphere has that small town dinner vibe ! The service was wonderful?! I had steak and eggs and it was soooo gooood!The steak was a nice cut and cooked wonderfully. There toast is homemade?! They also have homade baked goodes. You must try some on your way out!!! All in all I can't wait to stop there again?.
