Contribuiți la feedbackThe lunch prices are decent but higher than those at Hibachi Buffet in Norwalk. They do offer age-adjusted pricing for young children, starting at just 80 cents for three-year-olds. If your group consists mainly of adults, I'd recommend Hibachi, but if you have a lot of kids under 10, Tokyo Buffet might be the better choice. However, their food selection is quite limited compared to Hibachi Buffet. On the upside, the quality of the food at Tokyo Buffet seems better than at Hibachi, and I personally enjoyed the sushi more. The venue itself is clean and spacious. You’d expect a new buffet to be tidy, of course. I appreciated that they don’t leave all the food out continuously; they replenish it as needed. Though some may not like this approach, I found it a positive aspect, as it likely means the food is fresher and less prone to contamination. However, this system might be a downside for buffet lovers who want to load up on their favorite dishes. I might need to revisit the buffet to provide a more rounded opinion, but overall, it's a decent choice if you’re looking for an all-you-can-eat Asian option near Cerritos Mall. There is plenty of parking available, but if it were to become busy, you might find yourself walking a bit to get to the entrance. For those on a budget, lunch buffets run from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM on weekdays at $8.99, with dinner prices at $13.99 on weekdays and a dollar more on weekends and holidays. Seniors over 65 receive a 10% discount. If you dislike crowded buffets, Tokyo Buffet could be a good option for you. I visited towards the end of lunch service (around 3:30 PM), and it was surprisingly uncrowded, although it may have been busier earlier. If you're looking for a buffet experience with a bit of tranquility, Tokyo Buffet might be just the place. I initially thought of giving them a three-star rating but ultimately decided to award them an extra star due to the fresher and higher quality food compared to other buffets, as well as the calm atmosphere during my visit.

However, the quality of the food at Tokyo Buffet seems higher, and the sushi suits my tastes better. The restaurant is clean and spacious, which is expected since it's brand new. One positive aspect of Tokyo Buffet is their approach to food refills; they replenish dishes as needed, which I find beneficial because it keeps the food fresh and reduces the risk of contamination. On the downside, this may prevent buffet-goers from hoarding their favorite items on their plates. I plan to revisit this buffet for a better assessment, but overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for an Asian dining experience near Cerritos Mall. It might have been busier earlier, but if you’re looking for a buffet experience that lets you enjoy your meal without the crowds, Tokyo Buffet could be the right spot.
