Sheraton Cerritos

The rooms were great - clean, comfortable beds, pillows, blankets, and spacious. We especially appreciated the charging station table. Nearby, there are plenty of activities to do - the performing arts center is right across the street, perfect for any party needs. The hotel is also conveniently located near numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The stay was absolutely great with the exception of room service, ordered pancakes which can be described in two words BIG AND DRY. No other complaints. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and it's in a good location.Rooms: 5/5

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is within walking distance of a variety of shops, including Walmart and Best Buy, as well as restaurants and cafes. The location is nice and very safe. The breakfast at this hotel was very poor, especially compared to other hotels in the USA.

My stay at this restaurant over the weekend was awful. There was hair on my bed when I checked in, and despite reporting it to the front desk within an hour, they were unable to provide me with a new room as they were fully booked. They promised to send cleaning staff to change the bedsheets, but they never showed up. When I followed up, they assured me someone would come right away, but again, no one did. This hotel is disgusting and the customer service is terrible. It's clear they do not prioritize their guests. I will not be returning.

Truly enjoyed this hotel. Rooms are super clean. The only con about the room was the lack of microwave. They however have a community microwave. Parking and wifi is free. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is walking distance to eateries and shops, and just about 7mins drive to the mall. Will definitely come again. They also provided to military pricing which was a welcomed surprise!Our first night was quiet, however a family moved in next door the second night and it was extremely loud. I'm not sure if it was just the volume of the family or the room, as we had not heard a squeak from any neighbors, the night before.
