Cho Dang Tofu - Cerritos

I ordered two Korean tofu soups to take out. They were pricier than other restaurants, but the soup was nothing special. This will be my final visit.

I ordered the clams tofu soup and found it to be just okay; a bit bland. The service felt rushed even though the restaurant was only half full. I think I will try their bibimbap or bulgogi next time instead of the soup.

Without a doubt, this restaurant serves the best tofu soup in the area. With over 20 years of experience, this establishment is here to stay. They offer authentic soft tofu soup with various levels of spice. A beloved staple in the community, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Personally, I always opt for the soup and bbq combo. My go-to is the spicy pork and bean paste spicy soft tofu soup. I highly recommend this place for those looking to try something new or for dedicated tofu soup enthusiasts wanting to test its authenticity. You won't be disappointed, as this place delivers Korean flavors at its best.

One of the best, if not the best, Soondubu spot in the area. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They also very fast in cooking/preparing your order. Their pricing is a bit cheap for the quality that you get from their food. Try to get the tofu soup and galbi combo.

The side dishes were of high quality. But that was about the only thing what went well. Hot stone bibimbap was not hot. Tofu soup were not spicy or tasty enough. Kalbi was tough and lacked taste. And there is no service to speak of. Quite disappointing honestly.
