Contribuiți la feedbackHonestly the worst wing experience l've had.When I received my wings the sauce didn't even cover the entire wing and my boyfriend's wings had no sauce at all when he didn't request dry rub. Our total was $50 for 10 wings and a lemonade and I would at least expect it to be better than what it was since the price is so high. The food took a while to come but the waiters were very nice and understanding! There were only two waiters tending to so many tables so I appreciate their service but the overall experience was bad. I didn’t want to complain to them because you could tell the night was already overwhelming.
It's been a minute returning to Buffalo Wild Wings. Very disappointing, service was horrible, food did not look good or cooked. Establishment look like a total mess, employees look miserable which makes us feel uncomfortable. Whoever is running the show at the Cerritos location should be fired.
The service was so horrible it will be the last time we coming to BWW. I haven’t been to one in a cool minute you guys just made it a bad experience to not make me go back again. It literally took 50mins to get our food we ordered. The Guacamole was unflavored my daughter’s chicken tenders looked like they had them cooked for hours so stale dry. I can’t even blame the server about the Poor service she was the only server on a Sunday evening attending who knows how many tables like how are y’all going to provide good service like that to top it off at the end when we about to pay the server tell us to scan the QR code but that thing didn’t even let us pay. We literally waited another 15mins to pay because we got doubled charged for some chips guacamole the manager had to overwrite it. Instead of having more employees cleaning y’all need to hire more servers for better efficient service cause customers shouldn’t wait 50mins for some wings, fries a burger. The service wasn’t worth the $100+ spend there.
Recently placed an online order for wings and a bottle of Mountain Dew on Super Bowl Sunday. Went at the scheduled time, but order was not ready. You might think this was because of the game, but game time was four hours later, and the restaurant was empty. One of the reasons I knew this, was the large group of employees talking to each other on the patio. After waiting 10 minutes I had to remind them to give me my bottle. After five minutes, the employee came back with a cup of Mountain Dew. The entire reason I wanted a bottle was because my car doesn't have cup holders. I asked for a refund, and the staff said they were to busy to give me a refund, but I should give them my credit card and contact information, and they would process the refund. I asked for the manager. They said the manager was not available. So, I had to leave without my refund or my soda. On top of all this, when I checked my order, they gave me 6 pieces of carrots, 2 pieces of celery, and 4 containers of ranch dressing.I tried to complain on their website, but received a form letter that obviously is sent to everyone who complains. You cannot send back a reply, and it's obvious no one reads it.So, this is how Buffalo Wild Wings treats and respects their customers. Look at the reviews and if you decide to give them your hard earned cash, don't say you haven't been warned.
The worst food ever and service are very poor and online order is too late I have too many experience about this restaurant..personally I suggest don’t go to that restaurant waste of money..better you guys closed the restaurant ??????
