Dunkin' - Central Square

Every Dunkin Donuts in the area appears to be poorly maintained and untidy. This particular location is no exception. The building and surroundings are all in disrepair, with the digital signage being damaged for years. The drive-thru exit is filled with potholes and the wait, no matter the length of the line, is excessively long. It would be best to avoid this location altogether.

I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes to place my food order inside the restaurant. The cashier was not available and the drive-thru attendant was too busy to take my order. Despite the long wait, I patiently waited and eventually received my order. The coffee and breakfast bagel were of decent quality.

I have a 5-year-old son with celiac disease, so I requested extra precautions from the staff to avoid cross-contamination with his food. They were extremely accommodating, changing their gloves and cooking his hashbrowns on parchment paper to ensure nothing was contaminated. I am grateful for the extra effort and the friendly, helpful attitude of the staff, even though it was busy when we arrived!

Very clean and quick service. Pleasant counter person. many times in some other Dunkin shops, when I ask for a Hot light and extra sweet coffee they never add enough sugar or stir the coffee. Sometimes the coffee is so weak you are actually drinkinghot water. I can honestly say that is NOT the case with this particular Dunkin. the server actually suggested I taste it tosee if it is enough sugar to my liking. This made me feel like a valued customer.

Lots of staff so surprised the sit down area was filthy. I mentioned it but nothing ! of course, most Dunkin Donuts Ive been in are dirty coffee is good and staff usually friendly but here. Bring your own wipes especially if you need the high chair Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
