I come here every year in summer since it is open. I absolutely must report for intellectual honesty that the kitchen has worsened year by year. And this saddens me a lot. I understand it's not easy in such a place to manage such a place, but sometimes it's very little enough to do well. Yesterday the cowboy beans that should be the flagship of a restaurant with this format seemed like beans in mixed box with tomato sauce. Then polenta and sausages save them but it is difficult to miss them...
I'm sorry to report how much the kitchen went down and not just. Event complained for the blessing of motorcycles. I thought I'd find hundreds of bikers, but we were just a few. Beer only in plastic glasses and cardboard plates... Polenta with melted cheese was a cream of aged cheeses (advanced) grated and diluted cooked with milk with a grainy and very salty look. Salad also the account: small beer and the infamous dish of polenta cheese and sausage 22,50€. In a structure so you can do much better...
Kitchen to be closed....it was good only to sandwiches and cutters, service not appropriate to the account if very kind the lady, I repeat to say that not even polenta can cook
This place is not only beautiful, it is original and inimitable! We ate and drank very well, the staff is always very kind and courteous. Then the properitario is the undisputed UNO number!! !
