Kfc - Cedar Rapids

Do not worry about the center of Rd location. The staff cannot get orders and get mad because you want what you paid for. However, the Edgewood site is wonderful. Intelligent staff and clean business!

Had issue with receipt / fees and when I came back, they were very professional and explained the fees (where I misunderstood). I'm sure it helped me not address the situation like a KAREN, but they still handled it well! The food was great as always!

We stopped in moments before the lobby was closed. The excellent staff was thrilled to serve us while they were competent to complete the operations. We'll be back. It was an amazing way to cover our day. Sweet Lightning Mountain is a fresh taste of Berg Dew

Best KFC I've ever eaten at. No lie! Seems like what they refer to as team members actually takes place at this location. everybody behind the counter from the manager to the cashier and all the team members in between seem to run like a well-oiled machine! End result great service great food great experience! Eat here you will not be disappointed.

Food was ok. The dining room wasn't very well kept. Had trouble finding a clean table when even was no one in the restaurant or even in drive through.
