Wetzel's Pretzels - Cedar Hill

The customer service at this place is quite lacking. I overheard the woman who identified herself as the manager say, "I really need to go to the bathroom," which is not reassuring when someone is preparing your meal. Additionally, I didn’t receive a single greeting as I walked in. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but it might be time for me to consider other options.

I always go to this location because it is the closest to me . The service is rarely good but the pretzels are always fresh . Today I went into the location at 7:52 and they did not service me because they said they just closed . This was really frustrating because i checked the time the location closes before I left my house . I was very disappointed.

My daughter and I got a Wetzel pretzel number 2 today, instead of charging you a meal price they charged each item individually my charge was 12.04 and her charge was 13.48 for the same meal, both were cold and stale. I went in to ask why they did not charge us as a meal instead of individual items . The workers were very rude with no explanation. I also told the employees that the food was not good. They did not care basically it was our problem. No customer service skills at all . We will never go back again we both threw are meal away , money wasted! The one star I am giving you is very generous!

Im so disappointment with this place the food is so nasty and it says meal come with drink (Not truth first time here and last TIME Here?I wish I can take a picture of my food so you could see it.!!!!!

The reviews for this location are so terrible, I had to make sure it was the right one. I came here for a cinnamon pretzel w/caramel dip and it was perfect! The pretzel was very fresh and it had this buttery, moist texture to it. Although the lady was training someone, customer service was still great.
