Dick's Uptown Cafe - Cedar Hill

This is the Place I've been looking for in Cedar Hill, and today I finally found it! An All American Cafe serving Sumptuous Breakfasts with all the trimmings, and great lunches too! I had the Traditional breakfast with a few substitutions to try as much as I could, but honestly it would take at least a week to cover the dozens of options and sides they offer. Breakfast is my favorite meal, and everything I had was perfect, thick bacon,tasty sausage, and the Crispy Hash Browns w/ onion and sausage gravy were among the best I've ever had. Be advised they close at 2:00 , so if you want to dine in, you need to order by 01:30. They do accept take out orders until closing. It's a comfortable family atmosphere where most of the customers know each other, and the staff are very friendly and Fast too! Bon Appétit Y'All !

I've seen this place for the last 8 years and never ate here. Finally tried it and it was delicious. I love corned beef hash and it's hard to find. But they have it and it was great. Will be back.

The staff was very friendly and pretty fast eventhough they were very busy. Food was very good and a good value.

I've seen this place for years but decided to stop by one morning it was very busy for a week day. We were seated very fast and even though it was a full house it was no delay in service. The food came out quickly. Not only was the food hot it looked great and was delicious. They have a full menu with a lot of variety and I will definitely be returning soon.
