This place is so rude. It’s unorganized it’s ridiculous, when we were communicating with them on the intercom, they would not respond to us.
Staff is rude, cuts you off when speaking, gets an attitude if you ask them to repeat whatever the hell they mumbled at you overall suck at customer service. I hadn't been through this location in a long time and now I remember why. Spend your money at either of the Waterloo locations, don't bother at Cedar Falls.
We had been on the road for about 10 hours, and were so excited to find a Wendy’s. The fries were cold, but we waited at the drive through for about 15 minutes, so they had time to make them fresh. When we got to our hotel, we realized we had been given the wrong drink, and no silverware or toppings for the salad. The salad was also missing the cheese. The service was very slow, and we were the only customers. The cashier was not very friendly.
Great food and service was good as well. Baconator with baconator fries is where it's at.
