Monday 18th March around 9pm I was at the driveway no queue I was next as the car in front of me was at the collection point, I wait but no one speaks the car goes away and I am left alone near the column waiting for someone to deign to speak or say wait a second, they probably haven't noticed that a machine is waiting to place the order. I start to knock. No one answers. You see a lady who goes to the checkout window and speaks and enters. The operator sees me and no one mentions speaking at the column. now fed up, I went to the window, giving way to the column for the car that came after me. I repeatedly and nervously knock on the window, the girl sees my headset active and starts talking to the column even though she knows that I was there for a quarter of an hour. I stop and now I'm furious near the cash register window she calmly ignores me and talks to other cars then decides to open and says tell me. I complain that I was stopped for 15 minutes without anyone going to answer and she replies look we're only the two here, I reply it's not my problem, your organization I only know that without any queue at the drive I was stopped and I couldn't order, she he replies if it's not your problem then it's not my problem either. the organization, the employees and the manager who allows this are absolutely disgusting but what is the answer? absolute zero respect for customers. There are 2 of you? Complain to your manager, it's not your problem? You have the headset and you're in charge of the drive, it's your problem, if you're busy, reply, wait a moment please and I'll wait or, if necessary, I'll go. all of this obviously a special mention goes to the 2 security guards who chat in the parking lot, a job that requires you. However, I would honestly gladly avoid such a disorganized restaurant with such rude people. of course I left without ordering and bought dinner from MC Donald's across the street.
