Frate' 3.2 - CATANZARO

The pizza apparently was very beautiful and appetizing, the taste was not even bad at all, to say the truth: unfortunately I digested it three days later. For the rest everything in the norm, service done quite well and price a little too high compared to what we ate and drank.

It would have been the high prospects I had set myself up, but I was not satisfied with it at all. The price, in my opinion, must be adapted to all the experience it proposes, but it was not such. Starting from the fact that the service was extremely slow: we waited 45 minutes only for the bakery, and we managed to eat pizza only at 22, when instead we booked for 20:30. Pizza wasn't bad, but we didn't think we'd spend $20 per person.

Pizza will also be good, but the service is absolutely bad from start to finish. Booking proposed by the managers themselves for 21.30, me and my boyfriend arrive at the place and there is no shadow of someone who can communicate to have arrived. The waiters don't even look at you, trying to do anything else. After several minutes so spent, we ask if it is possible to sit and we are answered shortly . We will be able to have the table booked after 45 minutes of waiting and, like us, many other people have undergone the same fate. Same long wait resumed to be able to pay, since none of the staff remains at the entrance counter. Exaggerated price for the service offered.. No reception, no attention to the customer. To finish, wrong account and recalculated eliminating the courtesy discount previously made. Delusion.

I have already reviewed this pizzeria in 2019 having visited it in its old location. And the highly positive judgment, I also confirm it this time. With a ball less though. Because, dear friends, the green pass must be asked and performed by customers and not only trust a verbal statement of possession. We really do, but are you sure that all the adventors are vaccinated? See this as soon as possible, because everyone's health is going. And with health, you're not kidding.

We ate a truly unique pizza, with many varieties of choice, a good service, but the green pass is not checked and the tables are very close. This is a big limit. It's okay for the rest.
