Yesterday, I placed an online order at this restaurant, but when I revisited the website, I discovered that my order had not been placed. The time slot I had originally selected was no longer available, even though it had already been confirmed. I would have appreciated an email notification about this change. Overall, this experience was disappointing.

This restaurant experience was awful. My order never arrived and despite the promise of delivery the next day, it has now been over three weeks.

Mrs. Fields cookies are delicious, but be cautious when ordering the Nibblers gift box. I ordered the 24-count box and was initially told it only came with 20 cookies. After some confusion, the employee confirmed it was actually 24 cookies. However, upon counting them myself, I found there were only 22. It seems they cannot be trusted to accurately count their cookies.

I am so happy that this place still exists. the best classic cookies and coffee. my sons love the visits like me when I was a child.
