Jamba - Carson

I haven't had Jamba Juice in over ten years, but ordering the strawberry banana smoothie brought back fond memories from my childhood. I used to enjoy it after school and at festivals, where my school frequently sold Jamba Juice.

This restaurant lacks professionalism, and the staff's attitudes are disappointing. They struggle during busy periods and seem unsure about how to handle customer complaints. Paris, in particular, is not very helpful. I wouldn't recommend visiting this establishment; it simply wasn't worth the time, money, or overall experience—believe me!

The service was disappointing; I was served a burnt waffle, and the melted toppings were unappetizing.

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service! The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the staff were not only friendly but also great with children. The drinks were skillfully crafted, and the team worked together effortlessly to ensure everyone was served promptly. My granddaughter had a wonderful time!

I placed my smoothie order in advance, but when I went to pick them up, they were slightly melted. Additionally, they weren't labeled, which forced us to taste each one to identify which belonged to whom, as they all looked quite similar in color.
