Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Carrollton

The smithy was great mot too sweet I enjoyed it along with the thai chilli wrap.

I have a chicken wrap and it was pretty tasty I also had a tropical smoothie and it was good and not too sweet I think the sweetness was perfect.

Excellent customer service! I went in asking for a low carb smoothie, and they offered me options and recommendations. I am super pleased with how they cared for making sure I had the right size and option. It didn't take long and was fresh and tasty!

DON'T GOOOOO!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I routinely gave business to the Carollton location while receiving ONLY subpar service. On this day the manager denied replacing my smoothie after dropping one of the two purchased due to my lid not placed onproperly. His tone was than professional demonstrating no genuine willingness to assist. Saying to me, Too bad I did not seethe lid, I will not replace, good bye, etc...... I understand his thought of not giving the bank away but I was a regularpatron due to location. I always knew the customer service could stand to be better. Now I understand why. They do not careabout service for you nor appreciate the customers..only your money. The team has a terrible leader and that is bad businessand horrible team development. Manager is not leading by example!!! If I could I would rate NO STARS!!!! I will no longer visitthe Carollton, Smithfield location!!! I will drive the extra miles for good service and that is not found in the Carrollton,Smithfield location!! DON'T GOOOOO!!

I got the smoked grill cheese and a Smoothie. The Smoothies was great as always, but the grill cheese had very little cheese on it. Let's just say it looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu. For $6 it should've had plenty of cheese. Won'tmake that mistake again. Very disappointed.
