La Michoacana - Carrollton

My husband and I showed up at 8:30pm and we started shopping. We drove 30 minutes to buy everything for tamales. We didn?t know they closed at 9pm. When we arrived the teller was rude ignored us and as we are shopping she?s screaming that she?s closing toother team members. They where mopping the entire store so the floor was all wet. When my husband asked nicely if they closed at9 she screamed back yes I?m closing now. We left everything in our cart and walked out. We will never come back again. Deberíantener mas respeto! No customer service at all.

Horrible customer service, states that they close at 9 but once you go to the store it?s closed before hand and their excuse is not having enough people on staff which I saw clearly that they did through glass doors. Regardless of how many people you haveon staff you?re supposed to stay open to the public to the stated hours. Work in customer service and this is the worse I?veseen.

This place is one of rhe worst michoacanas regarding cook food their food looks great but is not great for your stomach as far as specials on cook food they give you whatever they want and not the special claiming that the special is what they giveyou for cooked food I would not recommend it I have been to other michoacanad and their food is better

Menudo and barbacoa had good flavor. Would have been better with homemade tortillas. Place is clean and staff is very friendly.
