Kung Fu Tea - Carrollton

Ordered cocoa cream original (just like brown sugar boba tea from t-sugar), they gave me a whole milk. LITERALLY a cup of whole milk. $6 for 16oz milk. What a shame. Will never return.

Typical kung fu tea location with drink quality. the app was on 04/02 to pay for my drinks, unless I preordered by the app. the service was fast as I was the only one in the load at that time.

The staff was impolite. When I inquired about whether a drink contained milk, I was told no. However, when I requested a different milk alternative, the employee simply stared at me and claimed not to understand my request. This was concerning for me as I have allergies. The restaurant was empty, and I could understand why after tasting their average drinks. Overall, it was not worth visiting.

The staff at this place is quite rude. I went in 5 minutes after they were open and nobody welcomed me. they all stared at me and did not react when I asked if we were open or not. the lady sitting in the chair did not move and did not react, so I went. I recommend going to another place because every time I visit the personal seems to be in a bad mood.

We ordered, waited and waited, and all of us always commanded their. After 20 minutes we asked if we were ready. the emo cashier girl asked “oh she ordered?” and we showed her the reception. they had not even started our order. I'm not sorry.
