Great atmosphere and the food was very authentic and delicious! :

The food was good although it seemed like it a too small a portion for what I am used to compared to the other restaurant. The staff and owner/manager were all nice. I do not like their chairs. It makes the place look cheap.

Food was bland and pretty expensive small portions.

Prices not justified for the portions a tiny plate of Banh Uot for $15 kinda crazy lolmaybe worth it for people trying Viet food for the first time

I recently dined at District One Restaurant and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite the enticing pictures of their food on the menu, the reality fell short. The dishes did not resemble the appetizing images advertised. Moreover, the prices were unjustifiably high considering the quality of the food. Overall, District one Restaurant fails to deliver on value, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience. They also automatically charge an 18% tip, not stated anywhere on the menu.
