Church's Texas Chicken - Carrollton

I had a quick experience at the drive-thru; my meal was hot and delicious, and it wasn't overly salty like you might expect from a fast-food chain. I noticed they've changed their name and logo, which initially confused me because I wasn't sure if it was the same restaurant. I just wish there were more locations of this establishment!

The lady who served us that day was excellent—very polite and attentive. The food was amazing! Rating: 5/5.

I want to start by saying that this place is my absolute favorite for chicken, but I have to be honest about the recipe—they really need to make some changes. The chicken was bland and lacked flavor, which was disappointing. Even though I visited at noon, the chicken didn't taste fresh. To top it off, they struggled to understand my order three times. I'm giving this place two stars only because I want to support their revival.

My chicken and cake were not fresh! I had to turn around and bring my food back! I got a refund, but Mr. James was so professional and made everything fresh! He has excellent customer service and was fast! Thank you.

I’m so upset! This location always seems to get something wrong but tonight I’m mad!!! I paid for honey mustard, didn’t get it! Got home and opened my box to old dried out chicken! Literally, crumbling apart! Tried calling more than 5 times and no answer! I will be saving this and taking it back to them tomorrow and getting fresh food! I’m that petty and upset!!!
