Contribuiți la feedbackTerrible service: When I walked in to avoid the drive-thru line, I was directed to use the frustrating kiosks. Last I checked, you’re paid to take my order—just because it’s lunchtime and the drive-thru is busy doesn’t mean you can ignore customers inside and neglect part of your job. And employees at McDonald's want higher wages? Honestly, they don't seem to deserve more for just pressing buttons or making burgers. Half the time, they get orders wrong or forget something. For example, yesterday I ordered a Fanta orange with light ice, and I got an orange burst Hi-C with half a cup of ice instead. DO BETTER, McDonald's!!!
Is this family-owned McDonald's training their employees to ignore customers? Because they're doing an excellent job at it.
Everything was off, and my cheeseburger had no cheese. I'm really not satisfied with my experience.
This is the third time I’ve been to this mcdonald’s where they have messed up my mobile order. How hard is it to make a cheeseburger with just ketchup? I only come back here due to the convenience but now I will be driving an extra 10 minutes out of my way to a mcdonald’s that can make my stuff right. Third time trying this McDonald's and every time my husband has to get out of the car while we're in the drive thru to go inside and get our food. First time, we sat in line for literally 12 minutes without moving. Second time, they were out of French fries. Third time, they gave our order to the car in front of us asked us to pull forward then never came back out. We will not be returning.
