Southern Belle's - Carpentersville

This restaurant is our favorite spot for breakfast. I especially enjoy the vegan options on the menu, with my favorite dish being the vegan salsa scrambler. The service is excellent and the fresh juice selection is worth checking out.

There are only two vegan choices at this restaurant, but that's all you need. The pancakes are delicious. I didn't try the other dish, but it looked fantastic. This is a great place to go with non-vegan family members.
