Little Caesars Pizza - Carlsbad

Good pizza if they have what you want, there were several times when they are from different items, but overall would recommend for a fast and tasty meal.

To get three pizzas and two garlic bread orders from Little Caesars was the worst pizza experience of my life. None of the pizzas were cooked and the garlic bread was absolutely not placed in the oven. My daughter picked up the order, waited an hour and then asked where's my order. So, what did you ask the person behind the counter? They had not even started making pizzas. Crusts throw down, toppings and put in the oven. A few minutes later, two pizzas and two garlic orders appeared. My daughter looked at one of the pizzas and told him that's not what I ordered, the employee said we didn't, so you need to take what I gave you. The third pizza finally arrives, at least a little done. I put them in our convection oven to finish cooking. At 425 degrees it took almost 20 minutes. Never again! There's better choice in town.

I waited for over an hour watching people get their orders before me who had ordered after I had. When I was presented with my order it was shoved in my face with an abrupt, Here 's your order . He handed me one small under cooked pizza with uncooked toppings thrown over a pepperoni pizza. I said to the guy that 's not what I ordered. He then went and grabbed more food. He still didn 't hand me what I ordered then said to me, Well you 'll just have to take what I gave you because we don 't have anymore of the type of pizza on your order . I arrived home to discover that everything was under cooked including the crazy bread that was doughy and flat. We had to put everything back in the oven. The pepperoni 's he threw at me that I didn 't order were old, undercooked and terrible. NEVER AGAIN will I EVER get pizza from Little Caesars. I would rather pay a little extra somewhere else.

If they don't answer the phones it's probably because they're smoking out back since they share a parking lot with the dispensary. Even when you do show up they never have items ready or a manager present. Go to a convenience store instead

Worst pizza experience ever 50min wait after ordering through the drive through when it was only supposed to be 10 the male at the window didn?t give me a recipe nor take my name down? upon going in for my order the cashier asked for either which I couldn?t provide I just showed her my Apple Pay digital recipe that said I ordered there the lady ahead me had the same exact problem smh and on top of that pizza was not made correctly it?s un even the point sauce is touching the card board at the bottom
