Wendy's - Carlsbad

Absolutely the worst experience! I ordered a spicy chicken that was so dry it was inedible, and they had run out of lettuce. The soda machine was flat, and there was no ice; the guy at the counter had to provide ice himself. There seems to be a serious lack of leadership in this place, as they were short-staffed and overwhelmed. I definitely won’t be dining here again.

This Wendy's is typically quite good, serving fresh burgers. However, later in the evening, the quality of the burgers tends to decline. The staff are friendly, though.

Avoid this place at all costs! I ordered a number 7 and received a cold burger without lettuce or tomato. Instead, it was overloaded with onions and mustard. The fries were also stale and cold. I ended up paying nearly $13.00 for this disappointing meal.

Waited about 5 min to even be acknowledged on drive thru, then 15 min for each car order in front of me plus mine at the drive thru. Thought I was ordering fastfood? I know it was Halloween they were busy but jez

This Wendy's was magical, the $5 biggie bag is always the way to go. I barely had time to remember I was hungry because of how fast they had my food ready. Truly an unforgettable experience. They truly put the fast in fast food
