Junior's Burritos Mexican - Carlsbad

Great place to stand for some Mexican foods in a no frills food. I had the red Chile pig and was very happy. The flour tortillas were great, and I really enjoyed the green salsa served with the chips. Buen procho!

The food was tasty, and the service was great as well. However, I wasn't a fan of the salsa. Not everyone enjoys avocados or chunks of them in red salsa. I believe that a standard house salsa should be offered as an option. This is just my personal opinion, but overall, it was a good place to eat.

It was a late lunch, and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and seemed completely unfazed by the presence of tourists like myself, who showed up around 3:00 PM craving authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was outstanding, starting from the chips and salsa all the way to the chile relleno served with homemade tortillas. The dish was crispy yet light and fluffy, without any sauce on top.

Driving through, was looking for authentic cuisine. This place was awesome! Friendly staff, great food. The salsa in particular-I wanted to buy it in bulk. Like a mix of ceviche and salsa. I had the chile relleno as an entree, and a mexican coke. Highly recommend this place!

This restaurant was outstanding! The carne asada and chili relleno were among the best I've ever had, and the horchata was deliciously refreshing. Even the chips and salsa were fantastic. The service was wonderful—I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! This place is definitely worth a visit!
