This place was a nice hidden gem in the town of Carlsbad. We ordered two 12in pizzas, a can of Coke, and bottle of lemonade which was almost $40. Our order came out fast was good- minus the pizza crust being burnt. Definitely a nice place to eat after a day at the caverns but definitely overpriced for what you get.Food: 4/5

What a cool New Mexico brewpub. We’re road-tripping from Texas and rolled into town starving. Went straight to GMBC and found a picnic table on the patio perfect for our family of five. The Green Chile Chicken Pizza should not be missed. Delicious. Friendly waitstaff to boot. Try this place if you’re passing through or staying a while. We’ll be back.

I heard this place had good pizza. Well I can say the meat lovers was really good. They cook it in a brick oven. The dough was not too thin and not too thick, it was just right. Very flavorful and they have craft beer.

Very popular with locals! Great choice of craft beer which they will can for you. Enjoyed the pizza though because of crowd was not piping hot when we got it. Get there early for a seat.
